All of our customers at Downhomedeals are highly valued. Please take a moment to read how we protect, collect and use the information you provide at our Website.

Payment Information:
Down Home Deals accept payments in the form of PayPal, Money Orders and Checks. Down Home Deals does not ship orders COD. Down Home Deals is not responsible for delays in order processing due to declined credit cards or waiting for PayPal checks to clear. PayPal orders will ship once payment clears PayPal. Down Home Deals reserves the right to refuse service to anyone at any time for any reason.

No items will ship until all payments have cleared through PayPal - eChecks can take up to 7 (seven) days to clear PayPal.

PayPal states - When you pay with PayPal, your credit card and bank numbers are never seen by the seller or merchant. Your financial information stays safe. Plus, you’re protected 100% against unauthorized payments sent from your account.

All refunds will be issued as an in store credit for returns.

Shipping Information:
All packages Down Home Deals ships to our customers are insured. A tracking number for your package will be emailed to you upon shipment of your order. Please check your email for the tracking number. When you receive your order, please check the package for damage such as melting or breakage. If there is damage notify us immediately. Down Home Deals will have it picked up, then ship out a new order. Down Home Deals does not refund money due to damage caused during shipping, you will receive a replacement order. UPS shipping time varies from 1-5 business days. USPS Priority Mail is normally 2-3 business days.

You the customer will be responsible for the original shipping charge, as well as the return shipping charge on packages that are refused or undeliverable.

Any of the fragrances with a flashpoint under 200 degrees need to be shipped ground, as they cannot be shipped by air.

If for some reason you need your shipping address changed After your order has been shipped, your credit card will be charged a $5.00 address change fee that Down Home Deals incur from UPS.

Back Order Information:
It is possible that a product will be out of stock at the time of order. If an order is placed for a product which is out of stock, Down Home Deals will ship the rest of your order as soon as Down Home Deals can, and when the back order items become available Down Home Deals will ship those out to you with no additional shipping charge.

Return Policy
Down Home Deals does not accept returns on products without prior approval. Please email return requests. Unless products were shipped out from our error, Down Home Deals cannot accept returns on fragrances, bath and body products, waxes, gels, fragrance beads or liquid dyes due to the nature of the products. Down Home Deals also cannot accept returns on candles and embeds due to the fact that they are custom made for each order.

If you are unsatisfied with any of our products or if there are any discrepancies in your order please notify us immediately by emailing us at Downhomedeals.

All items must be returned within 15 days of purchase. Products that are returned must be in original packaging and unused. Down Home Deals will not issue a refund (store credit) on products that have been used or partially used.
